Chapter President visits General Assembly

State LEO Chapter President Andrew Chilton, PBA Legislative Chair Randy Byrd, and Raleigh Chapter members visited the North Carolina General Assembly on March 16, 2009. The PBA members met face to face with several Representatives and Senators. The group asked Representatives to support PBA legislation such as HB 697-Remove Restriction/LEO Disability Benefit. A continued presence of PBA members at the General Assembly is necessary for PBA legislation to become reality.
