Members Tom Seifert and Bryan Latza coordinated the Chapter’s fourth annual Holiday Canned Food Collection Drive.  The event was held at the Food Lion grocery store at 706 Gilead Road in Huntersville on Wednesday, November 24^th.  NMPBA members volunteered their time to plan and staff the event. The Food Lion grocery store welcomed PBA members for the fourth year in a row to encourage their customers to donate canned goods and the Huntersville Police Department provided a pickup truck for transportation of the collected canned goods.  The items collected were donated to the Angels and Sparrow Soup Kitchen at 514 N. Old Statesville Road in Huntersville.  Thanks to the generosity and support of the community the event was another huge success.  Tom Seifert has been involved with the annual event for the past four years.
