NMPBA Chapter Senior Vice President Tom Lesser attended the Southern States Police Benevolent Association Chapter Leadership Training in Atlanta, Georgia earlier this month.  Tom attended the training on his days off with representatives from other chapters.  The training is a two day session that providing guidance for the management of recruiting members, legislative activities, and grievance procedures.  The training also included a review of SSPBA bylaws.
