The House and Senate agreed on a budget today and should
be out of session between next week and the end of July.
HB 447 – LEO Creditable Service - Workers’
Compensation (loophole) as reported earlier, went to
the Governor for signature. We
are pleased to report that this bill was signed into law
by Governor Easley on June 29, 2006.
