On Monday May 24th, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid submitted the Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act as an amendment (S.Amdt. 4174) to the War Supplemental Appropriations Act (H.R. 4899). On Tuesday the 25th, 16 additional unrelated amendments were added to HR 4899. The Senate must consider it with all amendments.

If amendment 4174 stays, it would pass to the House when the War Supplemental Appropriations Act passes.
