Legislative Alert: Certification Fees NO Longer in Budget As SB 202, Appropriations Act of 2009, continues to be debated in the House, PBA has learned on good authority that the discussed provisions that were to charge fees to officers to obtain or retain their law enforcement, probation and correctional certifications have been REMOVED from consideration.
