Cary Chapter Shows Appreciation for Supporter
  The Cary Chapter recently recognized Sandra Whittington at their monthly meeting on March 9, 2006. The Chapter presented her a PBA coffee mug and a $100 gift certificate to the Outback Steakhouse. Sandra is the General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott at 102 Edinburgh Drive South in Cary. She joined Courtyard by Marriott in 1990. In 1994, she moved to Raleigh from Concord, NC. She served in previous positions as a General Manager with the Courtyard in Fayetteville and Myrtle Beach, SC before coming to the Cary market. Sandra was also in the Army Reserves for 10 years including a tour in Desert Storm in 1990-91. She has been supportive of the Cary Chapter since it was formalized. This includes making sure that the meeting room for the business meeting is secured on a monthly basis. Sandra has also assisted the Chapter in other times of need when called upon. Sandra has become a good friend to the Chapter and its members and her support is definitely appreciated.
